Outside a hiccup in tile selection, everyone I worked with was nice (Pat, Micah, etc.). Subcontractors were good except a hangup with one contractor where it was difficult to book and get estimated time on installation of our shower. We were out of our house for 5 months for a shower leak. Only suggestion is to use the buildertrend portal more.

Dustin (Project Manager) and his crew were extremely efficient, kind, and professional. These qualities were so important to me because in my eyes I was dealing with a total nightmare. There work was of the highest quality and they always cleaned up after themselves. Patrick kept me informed of the progress via text and email.
